The first new homes at an eagerly-awaited Dereham development will be released for sale on Saturday 29th January.
Prospective purchasers are invited to visit The Foxley Park development, being created by Anglia region at Westfield Road, to be first to choose from a selection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
The development will be open from 9am to 4pm, by appointment only. Prospective buyers are asked to call 01362 708 592 to book their timeslot.
Persimmon Anglia head of sales Jorden Knell said: “More than 300 people have already registered their interest in the 100 new properties we are building at Foxley Park, so we expect our opening weekend to be busy.
“After a few pandemic-related delays we are thrilled to finally be able to share this development with local buyers and look forward to helping them find their dream home in this lovely town.
“Dereham is a great place for families, with a selection of good schools, and our plans for Foxley Park will include a play area and a BMX track for lively youngsters.
“The town is ideally placed for anyone commuting into Norwich but, at the same time, it retains that relaxed, rural feel for those who like to get away from all the hustle and bustle.”
Foxley Park will offer 100 homes to suit first time buyers, growing families and downsizers, including 25 properties identified as affordable homes for local people.
The initial selection of homes released for the launch weekend will include one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Jorden added: “We will also have a new homes mortgage specialist available during the launch weekend to assist prospective purchasers with any financial questions they may have.”
