The final phase of new homes has been launched by Persimmon at one of its most successful developments.
Castle Park @ West Durrington is a collection of two and three-bedroom homes released for sale on the outskirts of the seaside town of Worthing, just a few minutes' drive from the seafront.
The final release of 120 properties will bring to a close the development that originally launched in 2016.
Rachel Faulkner, sales director for Persimmon Thames Valley, said: “Since we launched Castle Park @ West Durrington the development has been incredibly popular with people wanting to live in the area, and we expect demand for this final phase to be equally high.
“It’s delightfully located just two miles from award-winning beaches and surrounded by a wealth of parks and wooded areas yet just a few miles from the towns of Brighton and Chichester and with convenient transport links including a direct train line to London.”
Included in the final phase are some of Persimmon’s most tried and tested house types such as the semi-detached Danbury. Available from £390,000 the Danbury is an ergonomic three-bedroom home with a good-sized living room, open plan kitchen/breakfast room and plenty of storage space on both floors. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, two spacious bedrooms, bedroom three can also be used as a study and bedroom one benefits from an en suite.
Rachel added: “We are already seeing buyers wanting to get ahead of the game and secure their new home off-plan. This gives customers the opportunity to truly personalise their home by choosing a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories.”
Customers are also able to take advantage of Persimmon’s two initiatives to help make moving home an easier process – Home Change and Part Exchange.
The marketing suite at Castle Park is open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm. To make an appointment call 01903 254834.
