Our North Midlands team recently received approval from South Derbyshire District Council for an additional 10 First Homes properties.
First Homes, a new initiative from Homes England offers first-time buyers a minimum discount of 30 per cent on the market value of a new home. The first four homes available through the scheme were made available last year at Wakelyn Gardens, Hilton. This week, a further 10 First Homes properties were granted approval by South Derbyshire District Council, giving more first-time buyers the opportunity to take their first step onto the property ladder.
Dan Endersby, Managing Director of North Midlands said:
“Nothing fills us with more pride than helping people buy their own home and we’re incredibly excited to see our customers moving in for the New Year.
“The First Homes scheme is an exciting new initiative to help first-time buyers. We’re delighted to make even more properties available to buy through the scheme, working closely with South Derbyshire District Council to make this happen.”
