Mayor of Sefton Councillor June Burns formally opened the new show home this week complete with ribbon cutting ceremony.
Located a few minutes from Maghull town centre and less than 10 miles from Liverpool city centre, the development is expected to prove popular with families and commuters.
A range of house sizes and types are available, from 3-bedroom semis through to 5-bedroom detached properties. Prices start from £276,995 with a range of offers available to help buyers save on the costs of moving.
Maghull train station is just a short walk from the development and with easy access the both the M58 and M57 it is expected to prove extremely popular with homebuyers.
