We operate from 29 regional offices, with our headquarters located in York.
Persimmon directly employs around 4,700 people and, in total, supports c.79,000 jobs in the construction sector.
We are proud to be an accredited Living Wage Foundation employer.
Our homes are attractively priced, with our private average selling price being c.20% lower than the UK national average for new build homes, widening the opportunity for home ownership to thousands of families and first-time buyers.
