Buckshaw Village

Buckshaw Village grew out of an ambitious vision to repurpose an abandoned 400-acre brownfield site between Leyland and Chorley into a vibrant new community for first time buyers, families and downsizers. The largest redevelopment project in the North West is now a collection of beautifully designed treelined avenues with pristine housing, green spaces and great infrastructure.

Your new home in Buckshaw Village has everything you could possibly need, from a pedestrianised shopping area packed with new shops, cafes and restaurants, there are new schools and a new health centre with doctors and dental surgeries, a new sports centre with pool – and even a new retirement village. Your new build is close to the railway station and is well served by busses – as well as being just a stone’s throw from link roads to M6 and M61 motorways. Safe, with a strong sense of community and understandable pride at this beautiful new location, your new house in Buckshaw Village awaits.
