New Build Homes in Cullompton

Set in the exquisite Culm Valley, the rural market town of Cullompton has been a centre of farming life for centuries. Local producers sell their food at the local award-winning farmer’s market, plus the Pannier Market and street market make shopping a vibrant, seasonal adventure.

Aside from shopping, your new home has a tight-knit community with plenty of amenities for people looking for an established town. There are good schools from nursery to college, GP and dental surgeries, a rugby club and leisure centre. Walking and cycling trails crisscross the local countryside with the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, right on the doorstep.
