Persimmon launches new housing development at Abbotsham Park, Bideford

Persimmon is proud to announce the launch of its latest development, Abbotsham Park, in Bideford, which will provide 200 much-needed homes for local residents.
The development offers a range of one-bedroom plus study to four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £205,000 to £424,995. This exciting new site is set to bring a wide range of high-quality housing options to the community for local people.
Persimmon Homes is committed to supporting the local community by offering innovative deposit and mortgage contributions on select new homes, aimed at helping local first-time buyers and those looking to entre the housing market or make the move to their next home.
As part of Persimmon’s ongoing commitment to the local area, 19% of the homes will also be transferred to a housing association to support Torridge Council's efforts to alleviate the housing shortage, particularly addressing the needs of the 2,000-strong housing waiting list in the area.

This commitment to enhancing local wildlife habitats will result in a 10% increase in biodiversity across the site.
In conjunction with the launch of the new site, Persimmon has also opened a customer hub and showhome on-site, offering potential buyers the opportunity to explore the available properties and services firsthand.
